In my lifelong commitment to ride the coattails of hip, young talent, I break new ground, as for the first time, I demonstrate my ability (well, ability may be a strong word) to host a podcast by myself.

Joining me for a casual, lighthearted, forty-five-minute discussion is Koa-Marie (http://www.myspace.com/koamarie), a late-riser, current trainee at OVW, and WWE hopeful.

We talk about Koa's resemblance to Beulah McGillicutty (well, at least, I think she bears a resemblance) and other wrestlers, the origin of her first name, and how she nearly once got arrested in Hawaii.

She gives free plugs to All-American Wrestling (http://www.aawrestling.com/), Derek St. Holmes (http://www.myspace.com/dshesquire), and KUBED Fight Gear (http://www.kubedfightgear.com/).

A technical error (yeah, that's what it was) results in her being cutoff before she can officially say good-bye, but that's okay, because it just gives me a built-in excuse to book her as a return guest.

On the first edition of 'Sitting In The Front Row,' Ric and Casey are joined by Julie Hart. Julie discusses her book project, and the process of writing it and getting it published.

She also talks about her world travels and work with charitable organizations.

Julie takes time to fend off both Ric and Casey hitting on her, and answers Ric's proposal of marriage.

All of that, and the subject of wrestling even manages to come up. Plus, find out which WWE superstar (here's a hint: Ric is in love with the guy) caused the end of the Ric and Julie union before it started.

It is a little over an hour with a woman that has many great stories to tell. Check out her website at http://www.juliehart.ca/.
